The primary business requirement was to develop a dynamic and responsive career page for the company's official website, enabling the company receive applications directly through the site. The platform needed to support role-based access for admins and recruiters, allow customization of content and layout, and present company information through infographics and location maps. Additionally, the site had to align with the company’s branding, support SEO, provide multi-language capabilities, and offer a seamless user experience across all devices to attract top talent and improve the company’s recruitment process.
To address the business needs, a modern and fully responsive career page was designed and developed using the Next.js framework.Custom components were built for dynamic employee listing, application forms, and location embedding through Google Maps API. Infographics and visual elements were incorporated to showcase the company’s values and work culture. The website was optimized for SEO, supported multilingual content, and maintained brand consistency throughout. The final product provided an efficient recruitment tool and significantly improved candidate engagement and application flow.
