Tech Nirvana had the opportunity to collaborate with Mandala Trading on a specialized Quality Assurance project focused on their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, developed using the Ruby on Rails platform. As a key system managing customer interactions, sales processes, and client data, ensuring its reliability and performance was critical.
Introduction
Tech Nirvana had the privilege of working with Mandala Trading, a prominent trading company in Nepal, on a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) project for their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The CRM platform, developed in Ruby on Rails, plays a crucial role in managing their customer interactions, sales pipeline, and support operations. Recognizing the importance of delivering a stable, efficient, and user-friendly CRM system, Mandala Trading brought Tech Nirvana on board to carry out a comprehensive QA process before the system’s full-scale rollout. Over the course of three months, our experienced QA team thoroughly examined the application, executing a wide range of tests—from functional and usability testing to performance and compatibility assessments. Our primary objective was to identify bugs, performance bottlenecks, and usability concerns, while ensuring the system met the required standards of reliability and efficiency. The insights and detailed QA reports we provided were instrumental for Mandala Trading’s internal development team in refining and optimizing the CRM platform.
